Dr. CAREMANKIND HOSPITAL PVT LTD

Nurses here refuse to use medicines bought from outside the hospital pharmacy, which feels like a forced and unfair practice. Patients should have the freedom to choose where they purchase their medicines. I brought the exact same medicine from the same company as prescribed by the doctor, but they still refused to accept it. It's really disappointing to see the hospital prioritizing profits over patient rights. Additionally, the staff doesn't appear well-trained or knowledgeable, which is concerning when it comes to the quality of care provided.

Very bad experience. The hospital claims to have all AC rooms but hardly in any room, the ac works. The staffs here are too less professional. Quite a negligence can be seen in the working of management. The prices of rooms here are too high as compared to the services provided. Only thing good here is the meals they give. Delivery of that too is inconsistent.

The condition of the hospital is very bad,the staff's behavior is worse than that.I don't wanna visit again. After taking the patient to the hospital, whatever medical expenses are required for the doctor like caps and gloves, the money is paid by the patient himself.

Dr. Sonali Gupta is the only reason i went there for my delivery n had normal delivery.. .she is very skilled ,very polite and explain every concern very well.. hospital management/service need some improvement..since conceive to delivery everytime sonali mam guided like a true mentor...mam please continue ur service this way only..ur best... Thx a lot...
