Dr. Balaji Heart centre

I had visited Balaji heart centre on 27th Sep as my Mother had suffered severe pain. It was almost 9pm. Doctor did all check ups and recommended to come with one test next day as he would be out of city for next few days. I had asked specifically if in case of any emergency what should I do. I was told I can contact the number mentioned on the prescription and will get connected to him. Next day we visited with the reports and doctor suggested 10days medicine. As pain was persistent I asked for angiography which was denied. The very next day my mother again had 3 consecutive pain in heart and when I called the number the staff very rudely said we cannot connect you to the doctor. I tried to make them understand the severity of the situation but it was not heard. I had to take my mother immediately to Medanta and next day she got her angioplasty done which was denied here. For me the experience with Dr. VP SINHA was not at all favourable. If the angiography and post that angioplasty was not done in time it could have been disaster for us. Please respect patients and their time as that is most important.

I am very satisfied with the V P sinha sir behaviour.he gives time each and every patient and listened to patients patiently...he asks everything ...nice and experienced doctor .

This clinic has no value for personal life.There is no time table followed with respect to Doctor visit.Please visit at your own risk.I got my appointment canceled due to this attitude.
