Dr. Asian City Hospital

I recently visited Asian Hospital in Patna and was highly impressed.Got treatment of my mother in law recently, very much impressed with the care and attention given by doctors as well as nursing staff. They provide proper attention and timely treatment.Hospital is timely sanitized with clean beds.The cleanliness maintained in the wards are really appreciable. Would recommend this hospital for ones in need.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hospital. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with complete disrespect by the staff. Their unprofessional attitude was shocking - they spoke to patients as if we were begging for care rather than seeking medical services we're entitled to. Despite arriving for my scheduled appointment, I was made to wait indefinitely without any updates or explanations. Whenever I politely asked for information, I was dismissively told to "go here" or "go there" without clear direction or assistance. The lack of communication was frustrating and dehumanizing. The experience was so negative that I ultimately left without even seeing a doctor. What's particularly telling is that I've received better treatment at government hospitals, where staff showed basic courtesy and respect despite their high patient volumes. I cannot recommend this facility to anyone. Patients deserve dignity and clear communication, especially when seeking medical care. This hospital failed on the most fundamental level of patient service.

Bouncer of this Hospital and security guard behaviour is too disappointing. I Had a patient admited here, Dietic consultant provided spicy food thee times. when i consultanted with the team, Accepted mistake and did the same thing again. whoever is reading this Kindly go if you dont love your pateint.

I did called regarding a job. I knew that the hospital is 24 hours so I called. But he was saying that is this the right time to call. His tone was very bad. This guy is not made for services. When we talk, he says that you call in the morning or else I don't have any information regarding this. I told him that I did not call any hr department. Then he is saying that you have called for this. The calling attender is very bad. Calling time is 10:08 PM I am already working. So I know but I hurt by his tone.

Worst hospital . They have charged Rs.85000 for a simple large intestine infection. No surgery nothing just 5 days hospitalization.

Dr.Alok treatment towards his patients is very bad who is the radiologist consultant.He kept me waiting for 4 hrs and the nurse who was assisting him was impolite. Inspite of submitting the file he didn't attend me.He was intentionally attending the other patients who came after me . I would not recommend anyone to visit this hospital because of this doctor who has more attitude than attending his patient.

Room charges are high in comparison to room size and facilities for attendents and patient. Dr Shiv Kishor sir is awesome, his knowledge is remarkable
