So poor staff facilities in hospital don't waste of time mr Vishwajeet night attendant and TPA staff Ritik kumar misbehave with customer and patient night doctor not properly coordinate with customer only waste of time pls don't admit in hospital food quality is so poor I have requested to legal government authority human rights and TPA authority pls be blacklist and legal action on hospital I have also uploaded pics with evidence . Only take money with patient .

I was recently admitted to Samay Hospital for my surgery, and my experience here was truly excellent. The entire hospital staff was very professional, caring, and helpful. In particular, nursing staff Ravi behavior was extremely friendly and supportive. Ravi's took care of me at all times, made sure I felt comfortable, and attended to all my needs. His positive attitude and compassionate nature made me feel at ease, almost like being at home even while in the hospital. I sincerely thank Ravi and the entire staff at Samay Hospital. People like them are a true asset to any healthcare institutions .

Recently my mother Cataract operation was done in Samay Hospital, under skilled guidance of Dr.Sonal Singh.I must say that she is knowledgeable, hardworking and compassionate doctor and provide best possible care to her patients,the supporting staff are cooperative and dedicated towards patient. I visited this hospital on 13th Sept with my father in critical situation and consulted Dr. akhilesh k singh. He is the best doctor I can say by seeing his practice. My discharged in 2 days with happy smile. Tariff is also genuine. Staff are cooperative. On 6th floor arrangement has been done for attendant free of cost. I recommend Dr. Akhilesh K Singh for 5 star.

My grandfather was admitted under Dr. Vivek Raj (ortho) on 05.05.2025 due to femur fracture and excessive bleeding. Dr. Vivek ensured timely and swift intervention and saved my grandfather which we had lost hope. Doctors are real gods on the earth. No one is serious in this hospital...they just want payment on time...the patient's care is not doing properly and there is no plan for anything...OT not free, I have been in the hospital for 3 days now...only the bill is being made
