good doctors and nursing staff but worst administrative branch i have ever seen in a hospital. not at all polite don't know how to talk to a patient. they also make you get useless extra tests. more focused on getting money out of people's pocket rather than their treatment and the best part is they don't even do any favours for cash patients. honestly would NEVER GO BACK AGAIN.

Roster service I was refered by our department under aayumaan bharat policy of central government for Ecco, tmt test but in this hospital doesn't provide any benefits of ayushmaan bharat and they demanding 4200 hundred rupees. And they said there is no benefits of ayushmaan bharat. There is work only money.

Bad Behavior and Arrogant attitude shown by TPA staff. They are not doing job/service here. They only want money. Patients are not important for hospital. I do not recommend anybody for treatment in this hospital.

My latest Review for this hospital - I recently had an experience at Dharamsheela, and I must say it turned out to be wonderful. Initially, I was not happy with their services, but my perception completely changed when my sister-in-law gave birth here last week. The care and support we received were exceptional. I would like to extend my special thanks to Mr. Sachin, who went above and beyond to assist us. I requested a discount for a private room, and he kindly approved it without any hesitation. His cooperative nature made a significant difference during our stay, and we are truly grateful for his help. The hospital staff, in general, were also very cooperative and attentive. Although a few of them could improve in terms of attitude, it did not overshadow the overall positive experience we had. It's clear that our city needs a hospital like this one, where patient care and support are prioritized. Thank you for making this experience a memorable one for our family. I recently visited with my wife ( Nidhi Sinha ) for a consultation with a gynecologist. While the doctor was incredibly helpful and professional, I was extremely disappointed with the behavior and efficiency of the staff at the reception. The young lady at the counter (possibly the Muslim girl) made billing errors not once, but three times. It's clear that she, along with the other staff members--another girl and a boy--are more interested in discussing their personal lives than attending to their duties. This kind of negligence is unacceptable, especially in a healthcare facility where accuracy and attention to detail are paramount.
