One of the most served and popular hospitals in Muzaffarpur for their emergency services with 24*7 assistance. However, they are lacking in various ways, such as maintaining hygiene, and the management is the worst -- focusing more on money than on service. Even in VIP services, the doctors do not visit unless there's an emergency. If something happens to the patient, they charge like a big hospital but provide services like street vendors. One incident that happened to me was that my bike was stolen by someone by mistake, but the authorities didn't take it seriously. They simply told me, "Take care of yourself," and advised me to lodge an FIR. Later, we recovered the bike from the person who had mistakenly taken it. The condition of the rooms, apart from the VIP ones, is terrible -- no proper sanitation in the washrooms. They charge 5300 per day for a VIP room but offer no food service, no proper cleaning -- nothing, just money. The staff are humble and understanding, but they are underpaid, which affects the quality of service. They are not properly trained or professional, and they don't focus on the patients. In my room, the AC button didn't work -- a stick was used to switch the AC on and off. The lift doors open and close randomly. The medical store is poorly managed -- it takes 30-50 minutes to get a simple medicine. This is frustrating for every patient. Even in emergencies, there's no fast-track service. Overall, they have a mountainous list of tasks to accomplish in order to run the hospital smoothly and properly.

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and concern regarding the recent experience my mother and sister had at your health facility during their scheduled health check-up. Despite arriving as advised and completing the required procedures, they faced several serious issues that must be addressed: Lack of Proper Facilities and Guidance: There was no clear direction provided for patients, and the entire process was disorganized and confusing. This caused significant stress and inconvenience. Violation of Privacy During ECG: It is extremely disappointing to note that while undergoing ECG, no privacy was maintained for female patients. This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable, especially in a medical setting where dignity and confidentiality should be a priority. No Reports Received: To date, we have not received any health reports from the check-up. This defeats the entire purpose of the visit and raises questions about the facility's efficiency and reliability. No Response to Calls: We have attempted to reach out multiple times by phone to inquire about the reports, but our calls have gone unanswered. This lack of communication is highly irresponsible. This experience reflects poorly on the standards of service being provided. I request that immediate action be taken to send the pending health reports, and steps be taken to ensure such issues--especially concerning patient privacy and service quality--are not repeated in the future. I expect a prompt response and resolution to this matter.

Hospital is good but need to improve medical store their service for providing medicine we have to wait for 30-55 min Yesterday after discharge of my mother in law some medicine was supposed to return but they denied to return they told after discharge we will not refund but it was mangement mistake they give in medicine after discharge but they denied to return medicine very poor service I even told staff in office but they are also very rude while talking to me This is not good manner they need to understand importance of patients we are paying money and they are getting salary from our money. Highly disappointed with the service provided by ICU docter, there is conflict among the doctors and their mode of treatment. Senior doctor has to say something and junior doctors aren't following the way which is been prescribed by the senior doctor, upon been asking for the reason why the advice is not followed, junior doctors starts misbehaving saying that wheather I am doctor or your a doctor. They knowingly detroit the serious case to extract money from patients party and harrass then at midnight by saying demotivating and unexplainatory reasons. Doctors starts arguments with patient party without listening to them. To be specific Dr Sanjay Kumar and Nursing staff Kanhai, they are in particular rude and starts misbehaving with patient party during night course of treatment. Apparently they made the party purchase medicine and they don't provide to the patients which leads to detoriation in patients condition in the next morning and they starts misbehaving and forces the party to get the highest costing services of incubation. It is beyond imagination and very depressing to hear and get such kind of treatment from such an old institution. Patients go there with high hopes and get such bad misbehave from staff

The staff here behave very rudely. Many people asked why they had to pay such a high bill for what reason. Please give the details and the staff started screaming. Then it was my turn, he repeated the same thing, find out at the lower counter, and when he went down, he asked to find out above, and he repeated the same thing several times, and they took the advance amount but they do not have any details about it Worst behaviour Extra bill charges

I'm rating 5 star only because of some staff like shubham cause they are available every time , even at night shift. They always take of their ward also, like water , washroom and sanitation, and provide High level support and care

Hospital is very good My father was suffering from spectecld cobra bite I admitted my father after initial treatment in prasant hospital on 24th of May 2025 Under the treatment of DR. V MOHAN SIR now my father is fully recovered . Thanks prasant hospital for saving my father

My grandfather is an ex army personnel and he has hot good and helpful system and specially the administration was very supportive...He is better now and we are satisfied with the service
