Dr. City Hospital

This hospital is by far one of the worst I've ever been to. The services are shockingly poor, and the entire place feels like a neglected government hospital - long waiting times, zero coordination, and absolutely no sense of urgency or care for patients.The management is completely irresponsible. There's no system in place, and nobody seems to be in charge. Every department is passing the blame to someone else. You ask for help or information and get nothing but blank stares or rude replies. The staff behavior is highly unprofessional. Nurses and receptionists behave like they're doing you a favor just by talking to you. There's no empathy, no courtesy, and definitely no proper training. They talk among themselves, ignore patients, and act annoyed when asked for basic assistance. If you're looking for quality care or even basic respect as a patient, this is not the place. Save yourself the stress and frustration - go anywhere else.

Avoid this hospital at all cost. They trap you, keep sucking money out of you, doctors rarely visit and so much untrained nurses who don't care about the patient. My father lost a lot of blood due to a nurse, which made his condition more serious. If you want care for your ill friend/relative, please consider somewhere else, avoid this hospital at all cost.

I am rating about only the facilities provided by the hospital. Facilities is too poor not any thing occuring in good manner. Charge too much but in the name of facilities hahahahaha nothing. I shear some pics kindly see and then thik about the condition of hospital. Many things need to improvement the staff is too low only the name of staff it's only khanapurti. Behave of staff is very rude specially medicine counter if you say something and purchase some medicine he can't listing. Bakki aap khud dekh lo

City hospital It is located at naka no 5 Darbhanga. It is the top private hospital at Darbhanga. Very famous hospital, In my suggestion it is the one of the best hospital in whole Darbhanga specialists for Neuro and cardiac. There is quality of Doctors they are very supportive. Neat and clean hospital as you can see in the pictures.There is lots facilities and staff are good. And very affordable hospital.

In night no any major Dr's available, junior doctors treat serious patient due to this my mother has been expired. So I feel very bad experience in this hospital.

First of all, they should update their contact numbers because whenever we try to call, the call never gets through... Patients who come from outside Darbhanga need to find out whether the doctor will see patients today or not.
