Dr. Medifort Wellness Hospital

Dr is really good, he gives proper time to patient and explain things nicely, staff is also good, but seems like they are over loaded with work . Just to get some documents I had to visit there multiple days and was sitting there for 4-5 hrs. There is no proper communication and response, either they are over loaded or just not responsible. And patient family also need to be respectful, it's hospital not public park. Anyway considering other hospitals in Bhagalpur this is much better.

Medifort hospital is best hospital in bhagalpur behaviour of doctors and their staff are well behaved and always taking concern about his/her patients. One of medifort staff named ravi kumar is very welled staff in hospital he always talk in good manner he always make the solution of patients.

I am writing to formally express my concern and disappointment regarding the excessive waiting times and the lack of consideration for senior citizens at your hospital(My grandmother age is 90). Recently I and my grandmother she is 90 yrs old visited your hospital, for a scheduled consultation. Despite arriving on time and following all protocols, we had to wait for over three hours before being attended. After OPD we are roaming here and there for various test and the day is over(11 am to 6:30 pm). Lab person told me to come day after tomorrow to collect the report, Now I came here Today in morning 9:30 am and submitted my file and ask reception person to please check my file and he confirmed me your all report is ready. I asked him when I can show my report to doctor, He advise me sir please submit your file here and come 1 pm around. Now I and my grandmother came here on time as he suggested. Now again we are waiting from 2 hours and no one is ready to say when we will be attended. I urge you to review your hospital's patient management.
