Dr. Apollo Clinic - Best Clinic for General Physician, Gynaecologist, Paediatrics, ENT Specialist, Orthopaedics, Cardiologist, Dermatology, Physiotherapy Treatments in Bhagalpur

I have visited thrice,once during COVID first and later twice. Dr Malay Raj is one of the best,i ever met. He is very polite and gives enough time to each patients. The staffs are also nice, well behaved. The best thing is all the diagnosis are just on the top floor. I would give 5 out of 5

The blood collector lady treats patients dreadfully. I went to the clinic for my grandfather's blood and ECG test.He is 77 and was little unwell to walk properly. She(the blood collector staff) gave all possible reaction of carelessness and rudeness, when grandfather sat there for a while to get himself comfortable after blood submission, she shouted on him to go away even not let him sit on chair. Later they delayed the reports, and I suspect the results as they were completely uninterested and unconcerned about coding the patients samples. Even the premise is unhygienic, unclean rooms and littering here and there. There are many more well functioning clinic in bhagalpur, please I request you all to avoid this place. Treating a senior citizen so bad is not a work to be applauded.

Bhagalpur is famous for its silk. It's ganga, it's sweets, it's education, the only place in bihar where you can enjoy your life. The only drawback is its connectivity to other parts of country and it's medical facilities. Govt should improve these two things. It's far better than Patna.

They charge lot of money and takes lot of time to give report, you fill cheated . Where as in other clinic they take 3 times less for the same test. I suggest be away if you don't have money.

They are running this clinic in the name of Apollo, but they are not registered as Apollo, they are not listed in Apollo website ever customer care people told they don't have any branch in Bhagalpur

Manager is very good explains everything very nicely and resolves queries quickly but staff is not so good.

It is very good for patients.
