The system of appointment on phone should be implemented, as after getting number at clinic you need to wait for 2 to 3 hours normally. As the doctor has returned from Delhi and has also worked there, he might know the system of appointment on phone and allotment of time slot for taking consultancy. I have given less 2 star just because I faced the crowd even during Covid-19. Doctor giving consultancy through online but the patients are on high risk of Corona. Value of time of patients and attendants should be recognized! Thanks!

It is very nice that Dr. Vivek Kumar is in our district (Samastipur). Very politeness as I meet him. Smiley face. I wanna give rank to Dr. Vivek. Everything is well but some of his staffs don't know how to talk with parents or parents guardian. They don't know to handle the mashed situations. Rest all is well.

Doctor is very polite and well experienced. Internship at G B Pant Delhi. I think the best cardiac at Samastipur.

I know that doctor is good but Staff are behaving like Dictator Staff Behaviour is so rude I think many of Patient died cause of staff behavior I read all the reviews may doctor also read but doctor don't taken any action They don't teach staff how to treat Normal people How to behave it's all the matter

Sir I will say please check your test centre once. They are providing false reports. And each of your staffs such as BP checker, blood level checker do not know how to talk with patients. Secondly please start taking appointment process otherwise 2 3 hours waiting can make healthy man also ill there. I am giving only 1 star for sir's knowledge as doctor.

Very poor quality of staff behaviours. The staffs have No sence how to face emergency patients only they behave rude with them .

True example of bad health system had the worst experience here neither staffs listen to you nor the doctor when it comes to emergency cases they are talking it too lightly my aunt visited here no one listened to her everyone is carrying their own attitude no one understands your compulsion I'll never forget this behaviour by a doctor seriously unacceptable behaviour NOT RECOMMENDED!
