Dr. Dr SANJEEV KUMAR SINGH (SAMRIDDHI HEALTH CARE HOSPITAL)

Worst management.Visit this hospital only if you can stay whole day for a single consultation only. No proper response from any staff. Doctor is good but this costs hectic long day.

Generally i don't review hospital but in the review section of this place is just filled with confusion and mixed opinion . So i like to provide a full review as one of my family members was recently admitted and treated here for 6 days 1:-Infrastructure :- infrastructure is practically good for a lot of people but If you are running a hospital you don't have to turn off lifts. As many family members are old and dealing with their own problems and going through stairs so many times its just terrifying for them . 2 .Doctor:- Doctors sanjeev kumar singh is a darling type of person . Even he is not that free he explained the situation after reviewing the patient very camly and clearly that you would definitely understand. Multiple meeting on regular basis and he will meet you in a jolly mood not a irritating one. {(Execpt for the MR's issue .. they need to made a proper management system that the doctor don't entertain them by himself )} 3.Nursing staff: Pros:- knows well about how to diagnose the patient If you are a listener they will talk to you politely as they stay maximum time in icu so they need to maintain the decorum of that place and no need to disturb other patients so they will ask you not to stay there for long . And they maintain the reports well so you can get a overview of patient's health Cons:- my first issue is they all stay in icu so if your patient is in general ward or general cabin then you have to rush to icu and call them by yourself not a call button or any staff on that floor all day nursing dock on that floor are generally empty 2nd) issue is they will not attend you all the time.. you have to wait . Other than these issue they are good 4.)Hygiene:- this one is very necessary as it defines the health of the patient is comprised or not All floors are clean and washrooms are well maintained and no scarcity of water or handwash ( should also provide in private cabin instead of asking them to buy one) . One thing i admire but soon also get the downside.. They have beds for patient's guardian mostly hospital don't provide places for patient's guardian or relatives but they have that but need to maintain that place a little more. Place was not that clean and a little bad odour . Otherwise it was good and didn't frustrated me as i am personally a person of hygine . 5.) Now the cost of treatment . I would suggest you need to keep your pocket a little tight. The cost of icu including all the equipment/nursing staff fee/doctor visit i paid a good amount not that much but it was a little high as you get that type of treatment.one important point you have to pay icu charge regularly maybe it's in their policy so keep atleast 10k for icu on a regular basis . Medicine will cost you a little more than usual and they can ask you to buy medicine for patient 2 to 3 times maximum as per need.. Other scan and tests are subject every patient have their own type of tests so price will vary on the number and type of test as followed. So the conclusion, IF you can spend a little more than you can go for this hospital for your treatment. Just pay the fee and everyone will behave with you. Otherwise you will get harrsed in front of other patients as the receptionist behaviour was with me when i delayed a bill for just few hours i complained about it and mutually it get sorted by the management That was my experience hope it will help others to know more about the hospital for their loved ones Finally thanks to doctor sanjeev kumar singh and all staff members who maintain the dignity and the level of treatment for the patient .

Good doctor, but the man who sits on reception counter (photo include) is very unpolite and customer response is very worst. This man should be fire from his job

Hospital along with Dr. Sanjeev is great in terms of both facilities and is affordable also. From the time I entered the hospital to the end I received excellent service. Dr is great.. I wish to thank the doctors, nurses and medical professionals i.e. cleaning and catering staff who each collectively made my experience at the facility as easy and successful as it could be.. I am highly impressed at the treatment I have received starting from the entrance at reception and ICU staff. All the nurses were extremely caring. Thank you for the Fabulous staff and doctor .

The care and professionalism are exceptional. The staff is friendly, the doctors are highly knowledgeable, and the facilities are clean and well-maintained.

Doctor is polite and diagnose properly and accurately.

More number of MRs visit this doctor than the patients. I saw everyone carrying medicine almost full in Bag. No options for any questions. No timing- you come in the morning and afternoon, and staffs will say that everyone leaves the place by 6- 7 pm. So you shouldn't be missed within that time frame. Whole Infrastructure near drainage, so if came to get cured for dengue, there is a chance that your accompany may carry that virus with them. My whole point is that may be Doctor is good, but the whole system there is flawed. If things a whole day time and if treatment takes high cost, then why one should not go to a good Hospital in Patna. Think before you visit this place and you must not forget some chips to chew and water to sip and most importantly a blanket to protect yourself from big mosquitoes!!!
