I have visited this hospital (extension building) many times due to my maternal uncle's treatment. It is one of the most professional private hospitals in Dhaka. The environment of the hospital is clean with high security . Doctors and staff are very helpful and co-operative.

The process typically takes 3-4 hours from sample collection to blood donation completion. This extended waiting time can discourage potential donors, especially those who aren't family members. The hospital should prioritize expanding capacity and streamlining this service to improve the donor experience. Despite this single shortcoming, the overall care and service at Square Hospital is truly outstanding.

Need improvement in every sector!! Staff are not well trained! Should be professional . Time management is important . Consultant dont come at due time. Never maintain schedule appointment hour. If need any service , need enough time in hand. Should have IOS Squire App /Online Report Portal!!

One of the famous hospital not only in service quality but also well furnished atmosphere with digital security system. Very expensive for any medical treatment. Service was better than others. Now-a-days, It's lossing the service quality gradually but upgrading it's expenditure day by day.

Recently I have visited there. It is really an amazing hospital. All the employees such as nurses, receptionists, guards, especially doctors are very gentle,modest and they all behaved well with us. Doctors listen to the patient's problem very carefully and giving quality time to his patient. I think their service is much better than other hospitals. Loved it.
