BIMC hospital exceeded my expectations. No one plans for a medical emergency on their vacation but if one happens, you want to be treated by the staff in BIMC. To start, the hospital is very well equipped, clean and modern. The food is delicious and on par with actual restaurants. The kitchen staff is very accommodating with any food allergies or dietary preferences. The medical staff is extremely professional and kind and helps in any way they can to make you feel better not just physically but also mentally. I want to thank to all the nurses and doctors specifically from the ICU, for significantly improving otherwise a really painful and bad memory from my vacation.

BIMC Hospital emergency care was excellent. From the administration to the nurses, doctors, and pharmacist, all the staff were incredibly friendly, spoke English well (great for non-Indonesian speaking visitors, like myself) and communicated every step very clearly, including post-hospital and follow-up care. The professional environment and service of this hospital is honestly the best emergency care I have experienced either at home or overseas.

We were blown away by the care and attention given to my daughter. She was seen immediately and they were very thorough and professional, quickly diagnosed the problem, turned full bloods around in less than an hour, iv medicines given and from start to finish we were out in less than two hours. I couldn't rate them more highly
