My father had an open heart surgery in this hospital and I must say we had a decent experience there. All the staffs are well mannered. Be it the doctors, nurses, corporate desk, housekeeping or the security staff. Hoping the system remains same in growing time.

Very bad experiences in this hospital. Not just once but many times. I visited this hospital in the hope that yes this time it would be good but the more i visited the worst it happened to me. Reception counter ladies or the receptionist must be given good trainings. Ekdom bakwas bulihe kom moi. Olop bhal bebohar koribo jona suali keijonok he thobo. Manners nejane kotha potar. And also the assistant nurses very unprofessional. Vital check up room instead of doing their work they just talk so much among theirselves.Doctors bur kintu bohut bhal dei. Main focus on reception counter.

This review is related to the Nursing Staff of the ICU, they are highly unprofessional, inexperienced and completely incompetent. Some of the staff don't know what needs to be done, we have to reply on YouTube Videos to show how it is done. We have learnt to learn a way to drain liquid from lungs and have to teach the staff there in spite of that they failed to learn and we have to do that every single day, then what are we paying for. Patients are calling nurses when they feel discomfort yet these people are nowhere to be seen. They don't allow anybody with mobile phones but they themselves carry mobile phones this is because someone might record their clumsiness. During the night be extra careful these ICU are just for name sake. The patients are left alone no one takes care of them and doctors on duty are in their rooms chilling instead of taking rounds. No one is present including nurses. And if you tell all these things to their doctors they try to defend their staff in spite of the fact that they have accepted multiple times of their nursing staff's careless behaviour and no working attitude. When I told their doctors this she said what should we do now not attend to your patient, I shall tell my staff not to attend to this patient, This is the audacity of the doctor in charge, instead of accepting their mistakes and providing a good service she was arguing that from now on even if your patient is in ICU i will tell my staff not to attend. Simple pathetic mindset. It's a money making machine. I would request people to remove this hospital from their empanelment of respective institutions.

Health City Hospital has been our family's trusted healthcare destination for years, consistently providing excellent treatment and compassionate care. From minor ailments to major health concerns, the hospital has always delivered with professionalism and dedication. We are especially grateful to the outstanding doctors whose expertise and support have helped us through various medical situations--Dr. Bhargav Jyoti Saikia, Dr. Smita Kumari, Dr. Kalinga Ketan Naik, Dr. Anupam Mahanta, Dr. Bikash Choudhury, Dr. Pranjit Khanikar, Dr. Mintu Borgohain, Dr. Firoz Ahmed to name a few. Along with them, an endless list of other dedicated doctors, nurses, and technicians have worked tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure our recovery and well-being. A special mention to Mr. Rekib Ahmed, the TPA/Corporate Coordinator, for his prompt and efficient handling of referrals and credit notes. His support has been invaluable in easing the process during critical times. I wholeheartedly wish Health City Hospital and its entire team continued growth and success. May it rise to even greater heights and earn its rightful place as one of the most trusted and renowned healthcare institutions--not just in the region, but across the entire country.
