Dr. Sanjivani Hospital

Completely unprofessional hospital. Some doctors are good but the overall management is worst one can witness. No proper receptionist, focused on guthkha rather than on patient. Very rude behaviour, no proper answer. Only cash, no card payment accepted here. Ultrasound section is very dirty. No water, no toilet facilities only need money. Jorhat is a very good town and people here are really nice but this hospital and it's worker are not in that league. Unfortunately no many options are available in this town so need to visit when required with very heart.

I am extremely disappointed with the services and work ethics of this hospital. My patient was supposed to be discharged yesterday, yet due to the hospital staff's negligence and lack of coordination, the discharge process is still pending even today. It is clear that there is no urgency or responsibility shown towards patients or their families. What's more concerning is that it appears the hospital is deliberately delaying the discharge process in order to extend the stay and charge more. This is highly unethical and exploitative. Despite repeated follow-ups, there has been no proper response or action taken by the staff or management. Hospitals are meant to provide care and support, but here, profit seems to take priority over patient well-being. I strongly urge the management to take accountability and improve their system. Such practices are unacceptable and cause unnecessary stress to patients and their families.

I had a deeply troubling experience at this hospital. I brought in a friend who was unconscious, yet the staff insisted that she complete the paperwork instead of allowing me to assist. Despite her critical condition, they showed no urgency or compassion. Even after the paperwork was somehow done, the medical team did not attend to her promptly. Shockingly, I witnessed the doctor and nurses casually chatting and laughing while we waited over an hour for care. This level of negligence and insensitivity is unacceptable in any healthcare setting.

Basically I won't involve in all these rating s and everything but for this I have to. As one of our friend got admitted for blood infection literally for one day they didn't say anything and conducted all unnecessary tests that costs around 10 k and kept in ICU. Literally for just medicines for just medicines and only for two and half days the bill amount was 22000 approximately that too excluding hospital fees (rooms and doctor fees, nurse charges) which was 10000. Money is not the problem here the responsibility of the doctors and nurses was the main issue. If we ask doctor what happened he said she was better than yesterday and said nothing. When we asked prescription and reports for checking purpose they said it's against hospital rules. And this is the funniest part, when we asked a nurse what happened she said bimari hai are yaar hamko bhi pata woh bimari hai aur unka tabiyat theek nahi hai lekin kya hua bolna hai na. Literally one star is also waste for this hospital. One more thing I forgot, the person who is having of blood infection was charged with dental doctor fees who never came to us. And they were rude and not at all showing the prescription or medicines which were giving and just giving us a huge amount of bill

This is the waiting area infront of room no 9 ( for casualty and dr rajib borkotaky chamber) and it has no proper ventilation, no air conditioning not even a fan. It was really very suffogating. The doctors here are very renowed but the facilities in the sanjivani is not upto the mark for which they charge. It took us total 5 hrs ( we came here at 12:00 Pm , they asked us to do RAT test. It took 30 min. Then waiting and so on. Finally at 3:00Pm dr came . He saw the patients and asked for ECG ( rs 400) . Then again waiting and so on. Dont know how much time it will take for just the consultation. Pathetic management. Loosing our tolerance.

It's clean and hygienic. From Jorhat ASTC to Sanjivani Hospital near 0.5 km and Auto-rickshaw cost is just 10 indian rupees. Treatment is good and stuff is cool. Prices of all treatments are costly. It was a good experience. Thank you.

Actually The hospital's eligibility is 0 star. Worst hospital in Jorhat in my personal experience.

At first I thought I won't write any negative things about the hospital but iam compelled to write it today as i couldn't hold back my frustrations on the management.first during my delivery I hold back my frustrations but today as i come again over my baby's health,my baby was admitted to ICU for observation as I was dead worried about his condition,the nurse at first came to my calling in the ICU section as his pulse monitor machine fell off , second time when it fall off again i call one sister she said to wait,so I came back to my baby,she was just sitting and chatting with the fellow colleagues,after much wait when I again ask them who is supposed to come ,she reluctantly stood up..so I warned them not show any delay as I will complaint to the authority,they are so fearless,we are here after paying money,we are not here for free treatment..all the staff sucks here,they know how to asked party expecting some bonus or tip for their service..last time when my bro complaint to the incharge during my delivery after that they showed some seriousness,but if we don't asked their help they won't bother to come and check on your condition.very dirty water, bathroom very dirty... Doctors are good well experienced apart frm doctors others are very poor.. emergency doc in the morning too is slow...nurses too are slow .i will give two stars for the doctors.. excluding emergency doc.one old sweeper aunty was very dedicated and two day nurses were good.generally they don't deserve any praises.
