I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Narayana Hospital. Despite booking an appointment well in advance, I had to wait an unreasonable amount of time which is around 4hrs with no clear communication or update from the doctor's team. As a patient time and timely care are crucial, not just for health but also for emotional well-being. Unfortunately, the doctor showed a lack of regard for our time, which added unnecessary stress to an already difficult situation. This kind of delay and lack of professional courtesy is not acceptable in a hospital of this stature. I hope the hospital takes such feedback seriously and improves their scheduling, communication, and overall respect for patients' time. People come here in need, and they deserve better treatment -- not just medically but humanely.

I've had two frustrating experiences with the OPD. Yesterday, I waited two hours after being called in, only to be told there would be a further two-hour delay in receiving my report. Today, despite being advised to arrive at 9 AM, I'm still waiting admission room at 10:07 AM. This repeated delay is truly regrettable.
I wish I could give zero star. We took my father last year and the way the doctor & staff treated us was so horrible. My father was admitted in the icu and whenever we try to asked about his health the doctor just get hyper. If anyone wants their love one safe please don't go this hospital. They just know how to get money from us . I lost my father due their negligence
We lost our uncle due to the hospital's negligence -- please don't ever visit this place. Our family had a devastating experience at Narayana Bafna Hospital. Due to careless management, lack of timely medical attention, and zero sense of urgency, we lost our uncle. What's worse -- patients with minor problems are often made more sick because of their unprofessional and irresponsible care. There's no proper coordination, no empathy, and no accountability. It's shocking how such a facility is still running. Please don't ever risk the lives of your loved ones here. This place needs serious investigation and change.
One of my patient is admitted at Narayana Hospital for 24hrs and I noticed many things.. Hospital management are not got, in the general ward section not a single dustbin present also not a single chair present.. without permission ward boy touch ladies purse. No complaints against Doctor and nurses..
It's a great hospital on paper only. I have no issue with doctor nurse and other paramedic staff. Problem having with admission counter cash counter and security personel. Mainly admission counter they are always try to mislead a person and giving wrong information. Maximum staff are rude and arrogant type behaviour. They treat very badly to patient and their attendant. Same thing from security personel they think and behave like apsc or upsc cadre. Seriously very rude in behaviour. And another department is on 5th floor MRD or something department. If I ask or wana enquiry anything they didnot wana to talk or cooperative us that's really very bad.so the authority kindly look into the matter as soon as possible. Hope the management authority solve it quickly. Otherwise it's difficult to come at narayana hospital.
Narayana Hospital Guwahati Management kindly once go through this message..........It is one of the best hospital in the town for it's excellence service. It's having some of nice facilities. But in the terms of few of admission counter office staff behaviour and a few security staff behaviour is very arrogant. They thought they are IAS label officers. They don't know how to speak with patient and there attaendant. Specially in admission counter if i asking about something the staff are present in counter there answer was changed everytime. They don't want to share any discount or free facilities available in the hospital like ayushman card govt service holder or pensioner scheme. So many people don't know about the many facilities. And security staff are not all i think a few kindly training should given them about how to speak with patient and there attaendant. Hopefully that will given to the admission counter office staff also. Others service's are good till now. @Narayana Hospital Guwahati.
The administration is very poor. The medical insurance department is fraud. They want to charge you more. No customer service exists. No grievance cell exists. The customer care email ids get bounced off. There is no escalation matrix available for patients. Its shameful that Dr Devi Shetty's brand is associated with such useless hospital.
