Dr Basobi Barua ma'am is an exceptional dermatologist who truly stands out in her field.Her diagnosis and treatment plan have always been accurate and very effective.Highly knowledgeable,she explains every detail making the patient feel comfortable at the same time. The only star I'm giving is for the doctors. The doctors are nice and gentle. But my goodness, what to say about the receptionist. And the person who recieves call for the appointment. Firstly they'll call you 1 hour early before the doctor arrives. You'll have to keep waiting. And even after saying that I stay nearby, the receptionist (lady) was so rude. God knows, why their attitude is more than the doctors. I've consulted the dermatologist, gynecologist, and ENT specialist. All of them were gentle. I hope they sit somewhere else as well. Never going there again. My last experience was horrible.
I use to have a severe acne from a very long time and unable to get rid over it. Shown to different dermatologist but it was never that effective. But thanks to Dr Basobi Barua Mam , her medicines and prescription are so effective that my acne got heal under 6 months. Thank u
Dr Basabi Baruah is dermatologist in Mediclinic. She prescribed some medicines for skin ailment and asked me to let her know if those don't work after one month. When I went again to see her as her prescription didn't work at all, she said that I have to pay consultation fee again for reviewing her own medicines as it crossed one month. Very poor practice by a senior doctor. Nobody should go there.
