Dr. Apollo Excelcare Hospital

Billing system is just pathetic. No proper communication with the billing counter and with individual department. Told me to wait for 10 mins . Which turn out to be around 2 and half hrs wait time. 3 star is given just for the good surgeon and nurses hospitality.

I could've added one more star. The doctor, the staff all were kind and helpful. But the thing I didn't like was my experience with the Radiology department. My father undergone an ultrasound yesterday, but the process was quite disappointing. My father repeatedly told the radiologist that he was not yet about to urinate which is an important factor in undergoing the ultrasound process as far my knowledge. They just said it was okay and went with the process and now I can't tell if the report showing the actual result. Now my father will undergo the same (ultrasound) in an another place, that's what we are thinking.I just hope this gets improved.

The hospital administration charged for diagnostic investigations that were never conducted. At the time of discharge, they promised a refund would be processed the following day, but this has not been done despite multiple follow-ups. Furthermore, they failed to provide the correct billing documents, citing system restrictions -- which has severely impacted my ability to file a medical claim. While the nurses and doctors were kind and supportive, the radiology department was unprofessional and lacked basic courtesy and ethics in patient interaction. Never Going to this Hospital Again!!!!

Tried to book an appointment by calling. OMG what a mess they have created!! such a complicated and hopeless procedure they have made. After around 15 mins of call, they said that the doctor has a secretary and the secretary will come the next day at 10am - and only then you will get the appointment. Waited the whole next day - no appointment confirmation call or message. Upon frustration, I have called Narayana hospitals - that's wonderful. They have helped me a lot in booking an appropriate appointment. Went there and proceeded with the surgery procedures very nicely. Thanks God that I didn't proceed to this hospital. I wish to almighty for not letting me visit this hospital.

Best experience of my life and best place for treatment and the support and guidelines from staff was amazing. I came first time but I didn't face any problem in my work all help me a lot. Thank you for your help with this matter I highly appreciate your behavior and discipline with services

Apollo Excelcare is a complete letdown! The delays in attending patients are outrageous--staff dawdle while you're left suffering. And the prices? Absurdly inflated, borderline robbery for mediocre service. A big name like Apollo should be ashamed of this pathetic efficiency and shameless overcharging. Avoid unless you've got time and money to burn!

Recently visited and was pleasantly impressed with the experience. The facility was exceptionally clean, which immediately instilled a sense of comfort and reassurance. The staff members were incredibly responsible and helpful, showing a genuine concern for the well-being of the patients. I was particularly impressed with the cardiology department, as they showcased a high level of expertise and provided good care.
