Dr. Plexus Cardiac Center

On 14th December 2018 we had an emergency. My father had severe headache and neck pain. As my father was a heart patient we thought it would be best if we go to plexus. We reached plexus at about 5.30am. The resident doctor whose name was something like Dr abu abbas checked my father. He said he is unable to diagnose the problem and admitted my father to ICU. The ICU charge is 10,000 per day which has to be paid in advance for the first day. The receptionist was very eager to take that advance and we were not convinced whether to trust that doctor. To be safe we decided to admit my father for the time being and take him to dr hc kalita during daytime. My father was put in an ICU bed. But in the heat of the moment I failed to notice that my father was slowly losing conciousness. After he was put in ICU, when I checked my father the nurses told me that he was sleeping but when i tried to wake him up he didn't answer. The doctor then called some senior doctor who did his echo and said that his heart was ok and he must be having a stroke. We hurriedly took him for a CT scan and then to medicine ICU at AMC. My father never regained conciousness after that and passed away on 19th december 2018. What kind of doctor is Mr Abu Abbas if he can't give emergency care when a person is having a stroke right under his nose. All I can say from experience is that this place is a business, they don't care about saving lives. NEVER EVER GO THERE IF YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY OR DURING ODD TIMING LIKE WE DID. YOU WILL ONLY FIND QUACKS INTERESTED IN ONLY YOUR MONEY.
