First time we are coming HM hospital Dibrugarh. It's really Great . For my mother Treatment. The behaviour of All the nurse and ot technician is outstanding. Talking with the patient and attenden very friendly. Big thanks to Dr Reeta Nath ma'am. Lastly the medical stuff who clean the hospital and care of the patient very good. Hygiene. Treatment was Good. This is normal genaral room. Looks like a cabin.

Most conceited staff u will ever find in a hospital. Literally so RUDE n MANNERLESS. Why do people even come to a hospital? Obviously for seeking treatment n improving health. Here from one way u will be benefited with the best doctors and from other way you will worsen your mood due to the staffs. The doctors are best here while the staffs are worse. Instead of working in the infrastructure of the hospital guess they should work on teaching the staff some manners. Thank you

I recently had my treatment at HM Hospital and overall, my experience was very good. The hospital is clean, well-maintained, and everything is well-organized. I was admitted in cabin number 204 for my operation. My surgery was performed on 4th April 2025 by Dr. Nasim Ahmed Saikia for an anterior neck sinus problem. After a few days, the surgical area got infected, but Dr. Nasim treated it very calmly and professionally. He is very polite, humble, and one of the best doctors I have ever met. With his excellent treatment and care, I am now completely fine. The only disappointing part of my stay was the behavior of some nurses. Not all, but a few of them were quite rude, and I feel this is an area that needs improvement. Otherwise, everything else was excellent. A special thanks to Dr. Nasim Ahmed Saikia and all the HM Hospital staff for taking such good care of me.

Hi everyone , hope everyone is doing well, I need to address something, yesterday I had visited this H.M hospital and diagnostic center with my ill grandmother, I thought ENT Doc Shri : Depojit Das (old person) would be good to consult so we visited him although he was good with the patient but very rude while enquiring about fees and all, so the things went like that " we had paid 700 rs for the doctors fee and registration I guess but at first I didn't knew about the fees amount, so out of curiousity to know about the Doctors fee with due respect I ask directly to the Das ENT Doc, he told me that 600 is for Doc's fee and 100 for the registration fee, so it cleared my daubt but while searching on Google it was showing 400 rs and 100 for registration fee for the Docs of HM hospital, so again I informed him that it was showing only 400 rs on the website? he replied in very rude tone "Tumlog kahan dekhta hai website me!" I said we do visit website and all! he again said it in anger tone "what website!" I replied HM hospital!, then he calm down a bit and said " aah woh toh purana hai!" then I said "oh update nhi Kiya hoga" then all of the sudden he got angry and said " jao bolke ao!! " WOW thats how you speak to your patient ! unbelievable!, is it my duty to tell HM hospital website operating stuff to keep things on upto date !!! what a silly reply by a senior Doct, no wonder why it has only 2.9 rating we have visited HM hospital cuz we were told to, but at first on our pre visit I was daubting about the rating on Google that how low it could be and after the experiance I got my answer. although you all are doing great work by saving lives but could be better with your words and gestures. everyone is a mortal being so respect each other regardless of your degree, position and achievements, be humble.

One of the worst experience that I had gone through in this hospital. My newborn baby was admitted here. I'm extremely disappointed with the behaviour of the nurses (2nd floor, operation theatre baby's room ).I will not recommend any one for treatment of there baby in this hospital. How can such a private hospital hire nursing staff who don't even know how to behave with a newborn baby patient? Im sharing everything from my personal experience.. Worst behaviour by the nursing staff. Nurses are so rude. Worst..worst...worst.. nurse's behaviour is worst.

3rd class hospital.. village sub centres are more better than this... Un qualified nurses, rude behaviour, and there's this one nurse whose eyes is crooked and she's as dark as coal but she is the biggest queen of attitude..

I am sharing a problem 2019. Hm ent Nasim sir who told me nack inside problem is coming due to tonsillitis.so he done operation.but now today these pain till now not cure from that time to till date So what kind of treatment is doing here. Now till nack pain is not cure

I think you people doesn't even know how to behave as a human being. Especially the administration. Just remember one thing whatever you do will be return back to you one day. Go to any primary school and learn about moral teachings.
