Dr. AROGYA HOSPITAL AND RESEARCH CENTRE, BONGAIGAON

Unresponsive staff, long wait times, and poor communication led to a frustrating and inadequate hospital experience. Not recommended.

First of all doctors were well qualified.All good equipments were available there.Place is so clean.Also the Nurse and medical stuff were also very good. But why i give 4 star? The reason is its canteen.which is not good.So i kindly request Arogya hospitals members to build good canteen. Parking spaces for vehicles is underground which is very good. It's top site was under construction.So that is little disturbing for patients.

This hospital is best in bongaigaon. All the doctors, nurse behavior are excellent and exceptional.The Dr. Gautam Kr.Das the best Gynecologist i have visited so far. There are variety of rooms available for pragnent lady and VIP rooms are the best one.I will Suggest all the pregnant lady to visit this hospital.

Worst service doctors are not available at time , they said doctor came around 1 pm ,, now 2:16 still not coming , and this not once happening today, whenever i came in this hospital the doctor is not available, specially the ent specialists doctor , we are waiting from 11 am , when i asked when doctor came then the staff are talking about OT ,, ok fine but the doctor also think about the patients , they are coming from long distance and still waiting and waiting..... Waiting waiting waiting waiting waiting but the doctor is not coming... Then we move to near swagat hospital then .............

Great hospital and doctors are so good nd good behaviour

So unprofessional. We've been waiting since 11 a.m., but it's almost 1 p.m., and the doctor still hasn't arrived the staff said he is coming, and I have an emergency, but they have not responded. It is the worst hospital ever; the washrooms are so dirty, and the washroom doors are unsafe to use.

In this hospital I have taken treatment for my neck problem ,and ENT specialist one of the most doctor,Dr Diganta Chaudhary

Worst hospital, never ever in their life visit this hospital, they value their own time , as we are useless and are free. Dr Saikia is one of a miraculous men who don't value any ones time. I would rate them negatively if their was an option.
