Very bad service.. not responding nicely when inquired about the hospital over call

I liked the hospital as it was a 200 bedded hospital and the location is in a calm environment. This hospital was established in the year of 2011 and since then it has became one of the major government hospital in the region. The hospital remains neutral during the winter days as only the emergency cases like health injuries are registered in a fair number whereas during the summer season the hospital gets almost crowded due to the addressable viral disease like fever typhoid etc. The connectivity is also the satisfactory one. This hospital forward different facilities to the patients in large. Therefore it is also considered as one of the big hospital of the concerned area.

Very bad service ...nurse and staff are very rude they have not good behave

No Doctor are present in time ,staff behaviour is not good and Maximum time Doctors not present in their Cabin.

Staffs are not good and very harsh while speaking to elders..does not respond positively

Staff members and doctors are very rude and hospital is very dirty...

Your staff members treated badly while asking something about doctor....! Please I request don't make them feel bad and don't treat badly ... it's doesn't happened just with me it happened with many other people! Many people don't know that where doctor seats and other thing about it! Please respect them and give little bit time to them and let them ask! Doctor's and medical staffs have to support them and had this responsibility to do this ! All staffs have to control.. again please don't do this things! Thank you

Treatment is often good.I dont know about all doctor.but i have met more than 5 doctor.ams they are really good.most of the staff are good but some are rude.mostly in emergency unit,They are rude.I went to plaster of bone fracture and they ask to buy utensils from pharmacy and they said these utensil and bandage are not available.
