Dr. Visakha Hospital

I recently had the opportunity to visit Visakha Hospital, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Services: From admission to discharge, the administrative process was smooth and well-coordinated. The hospital facilities were modern, clean, and well-maintained. All departments worked efficiently and were patient-friendly. Nursing Staff: The nursing staff deserves special appreciation. They were incredibly attentive, compassionate, and professional. Every nurse I encountered treated patients with genuine care, regularly checked on us, and were always ready to assist -- no matter the time. Doctors: The doctors at Visakha Hospital are truly top-notch. They were knowledgeable, thorough in their diagnosis, and patiently explained every detail of the treatment plan. I felt confident and reassured under their care. Conclusion: Overall, Visakha Hospital sets a high standard in healthcare. I highly recommend this hospital to anyone looking for reliable medical care, excellent nursing services, and experienced doctors who treat patients with empathy and respect.

Worst management. I visited Dr Saranya ( Gynaecologist) she asked me to do tests. Dr Saranya told next week I will not be available because of some lecture in vijaywada. When I went for tests the nurse is not able to find my nerves and did the tests twice. No hygiene in the washroom. Hand soap is not available in any of the washroom for collecting urine sample. Then for reports every day we visited hospital. Finally we got all reports after 4 days. They didn't inform any date. I took all reports and wanted to visit next week as doc not available this week. Next week when I visited the reception team asked me to sit. When I asked OP is needed like a money minded people please take OP for 400 again they said. Then I asked doc is not available last week that's why I couldn't meet her. They replied It's not our problem. Then the receptionist is telling Doctor cancelled that appointment in Vijayawada so you should have called and checked whether Doctor is available or not. You didn't do it so that's was your mistake. That's the reply I got from staff. How will I come to know if Doctor herself told she will not be available. Even though Doctor is good. The staff, nurses and management is pointing that it's my mistake and shouting infront of everyone. Worst place to get treatment from. They are money minded cheap behavioured staff and management. Inexperienced staff.

Excellent Emergency care Good nursing, Immediate Responding Doctors and staff , Especially I am thankful to Dr Naveed khan sir(surgeon ) Santosh sir MD, who had done Emergency operation at midnight and saved my wife's life.

Worst hospital experience ever. Charged me 300 Rs for visit, 1200 Rs. for USG and kept me waited from 7:00 PM to 10:15 PM. Waiting is not a problem, but guys, they will take care of the bill smoothly by promising you, the scan will be completed by 1 hr, but will make you wait 2.5 hrs. You already paid, you can't take the money back, here's the game, if you don't want today, visit tomorrow. Another big problem is discrimination, staffs are telugu, they don't entertain non-telugu people, because it's a hectic job to explain or even call the names of the non-telugu people. I'm writing these feedback after reaching back from this hospital. This is my third time I'm facing this kind of situation in this hospital, every time I visit, new day, new story. Would have rated 0 star if possible. Even the waiting area is not properly maintained. My suggestion is if money is manageable, don't select this hospital except emergency. To the owner reply: Even your comment is also rude. You can't hide the truth, the receptionist promised the scan will be completed in "sharp 8:00 PM", but still it was delayed to post 9:00 PM due to patient rush? Everyone reading this comment will understand. Thanks for your prompt reply, but it would have been good if it was shown during the above circumstances. (By informing the delay, atleast) You guys don't understand the value of time.

One of the best hospitals near kurmannapalem and Duvvada surroundings. My father has joined an emergency case I worried about the situation, but the doctors and treatment was very good to see. Anyone to afford the charges and the treatment, thanks to Visakha hospital.
