Visited for an emergency, but the staff seemed least bothered--more focused on billing than patient care. No urgency, no empathy. Doctors in the emergency ward behaved like they were on vacation. Communication was rude and unprofessional. I saw more dead bodies and distressed patients than healing. Honestly, the glowing reviews seem like paid marketing. This is not the place you want to be in a medical crisis. Terrible experience.

The approach of the Doctors towards diagnosis & treatment is very good. The doctor takes time to explain the plan of treatment. But the administration/management of the hospital is a big let down. It starts from the bottom to the supervisors/managers. 1. Parking is a big problem every time. 2. New OP registration is slow & irritating. Nobody to manage the crowd. People just break the line & barge in. The staff are busy on phones & trying to sell the KIMS membership plan. 3. Seating availability in the OP is a chaos. There are more attendants than the patients. 4. Medical representatives also take the seats thus Patients have to suffer. 5. A medical representative came & asked me to show my medical file/ prescription to check if the Doctor has prescribed medicine made by their company. This is absolute NONSENSE!!!

Be aware of the Agents. If are going for treatment from other state do not go through anyone. They never help you for anything. They just want commission. Doctors are good but the management is very worse, they just want money. And all the expenses include agent commission so we may get a very big bill.

My father was admitted in emergency. After treatment he was shifted to ward it was around 0030 I have told them do u have food they denied. I understand it was late but after that I have asked them for water they didn't respond i have asked them for disposal glass the nurses didn't respond i have asked them 2 to 3 time then they told me patient has to bring water bottle glasses. I want to ask if anybody is admitted the hospital should provide the basic amenities or not. I think it's a basic amenities I should be provided to all . The staff do not listen to any one they simply talk to each other or use mobiles that's it

Radiology department is the worst. Its like they are doing something extraordinary like no one is doing. It takes 2 hrs after scanning to get the report. By the time you get the report, the doctor you want to meet would have gone home. Such arrogant staff, even after repeated complaints and feedbacks , the hospital Administration is doing nothing to resolve the issue.

The surgery done by Sukanya mam was done successfully. She is a very kind hearted one. She was very friendly towards us. The services here were good. Totally we are satisfied with everything.

The best doctors are there. But, One star rating is only for the staff , at billing counters, at radiology section. Long waiting and staff not communicating properly. At radiology, display screen show that patient need to go for X ray and CT scan. When we approach the lab we were asked to wait. Wait time is unlimited. It took more than one hour to get a single xray..! Worst experience from staff. They needs proper training and behaviour therapy. Again we choose this hospital only because the DOCTOR are the best here.
