Dr.Hemasundar is Very Good pediatrician, -->Proper diagnosis -->Listens to concerns with patience. --> have been following up him from past 2 years for my daughter ,provides good treatment.

I didn't even satisfied with Dr.hema sundar Garu... He didn't even listen properly and concern about the kids,he just simply ask what's the problem,he is listening and immediately typing the medicine and sending.we are paying so much money and he didn't even take 5 mints to talk with parents.simply giving prescription and sending off,no slow talk.sometimes we didn't understand what and how to use medicines. Dr.ji please spend some time with kid and give some suggestions to parents if they didn't ask also give some suggestions .

My feedback: The pediatrician could improve the quality of care by spending more time with patients, engaging in meaningful conversations to understand their concerns before prescribing medications. With respect to administration; 1. High consultation fees , but doesn't have even proper elevator and minimum cleanliness. 2.Lack of card payment options very frustrating, only UPI accepted. 3.Despite most of the medicines are generic , no discounts offered even in the competitive Pharma world,
