I recently visited Care Hospital and had a genuinely positive experience. The staff was courteous, the doctors were knowledgeable and attentive, and the facilities were clean and well-organized. Special thanks to the nursing team for their compassionate care and patience throughout my stay. The overall service was professional and reassuring. The hospital ambience is impressive, creating a comfortable environment for patients and visitors. The doctors, particularly Dr. MKV Aditya, provide very good medical treatment and have left a positive impression with their professionalism and care. The reception area is generally organized and welcoming. However, there are some areas that require attention to improve the overall patient experience: Restrooms: The hygiene standards in the restrooms need significant improvement. Regular and thorough cleaning is necessary to maintain a healthy and pleasant environment. Radiology Department Receptionist: The behavior of the receptionist, Ms. Surya Kumari, at the Radiology department was reportedly unsatisfactory. Patients felt that she was indifferent to their difficulties and displayed an adamant attitude. This could negatively impact the hospital's reputation and patient retention if not addressed. Cafeteria Charges: The cafeteria on the 1st floor charges Rs. 75 for a cup of coffee, which seems quite high for a hospital setting. Many corporate hospitals offer complimentary or very low-cost beverages to patients and visitors, which helps enhance the overall hospital experience. Pharmacy Medicines: The hospital pharmacy primarily stocks generic medicines, which could be a concern for some patients who prefer branded options. Transparency and options regarding medicine types could be improved.

Recommended for all types of IPD/OPD problems at affordable prices and state of the art infrastructure. Operating since 27 years at the forefront of healthcare services. Facilities include wheelchair assistance, cafeteria, comfortable AC sitting area, lifts, ambulance and appointment facilities. Nurses in particular are very helpful and trustworthy. Highest standard of ethics and patience when it comes to services. Highly recommended for all patients.

I am extremely pleased with the exceptional care provided by the Cardiology Department at Care Hospitals, Visakhapatnam. I am deeply grateful to Dr. G.S.R. I would like to thanks care hospital as well as Dr BB Das sir and his team effort for well treatment of my patient but still my not satisfied in some concerns during post surgery review and billing process. 1. The first review after post surgery should be free from hospital side as all other hospitals are providing the services with free of coast but you are charging more . So kindly reconsider it. 2. How much interest you are showing to collect the amount you must show your more interest to return the amount which is applicable for return. You are waiting to patient for refund even it is small amount.

My 16 year pain in my left knee has been wiped out from my body and my memory in just 2 days with Robotic Knee Replacement Surgery performed by Dr Ravichandra. Kudos to Dr Raghu and Dr Chaitanya.

Testing are late , no time punctuality, we have to wait for 2 to 3 hours for reports , no one is responding. Reception is empty at 11.33 am. After waiting for 3 hours we got report, and after that suddenly doctor gone for press meet and we have to wait another 1 hours , that's how they care for us . Just wait and wait and wait.
