Dr. SINGARI ENT HOSPITAL & RESEARCH CENTRE | Best ENT Hospital in Vijayawada

I visited Singari ENT Hospital& Reserch center in Vijayawada for a blocked left ear, and my experience was extremely disappointing. The doctor hardly spent 30 seconds with me -- didn't examine properly, just said there's a "heavy infection" and suggested tests. There was no proper diagnosis, and to my surprise, the tests he suggested weren't even available in that clinic. When I asked for clarity, he casually said, "If you're willing, go for tests. Otherwise, leave it. No worries." It felt like they were more focused on pushing tests rather than giving genuine care. On top of that, the evening staff were also very unprofessional and not helpful at all. Overall, I had a very poor experience. This is not about money -- it's about trust and proper medical treatment. I would strongly advise others to think twice before visiting this hospital.

Disappointed with the Surgery Outcome - Please Be Cautious My son underwent nasal surgery in 2024 at Singari ENT Hospital under the care of Dr. Prakash. Unfortunately, there has been no visible improvement in either the appearance or structure of his nose after the surgery. When we raised our concerns, Dr. Prakash simply said, "We can't get originality back." However, this was never mentioned before the surgery. In fact, he had assured us that everything would be perfectly fine if we went ahead with the procedure. We feel completely misled by the false hopes given during the consultation. Not only was the nose dislocation not corrected, but the overall treatment was also unsatisfactory. Despite spending a significant amount of money, we are left with disappointment and no results. My sincere advice to others: Please do thorough research, seek second opinions, and don't rush into surgery based on promises alone. This experience has been emotionally and financially draining for us. I hope no one else has to go through the same.

My son undergone nose surgery during in 2024, after surgery there is no difference in look and feel, when we asked the same question to Doctor Prakash ENT, he says we can't get originality but before operation he did not say like this rather he said it would be perfectly alright if we go for surgery, My humble request do your own due diligence before taking decision to take treatment / surgery in Singari ENT Hospital. neither his nose dislocation cured nor treated well by them, finally we lost our spent huge amount

Singari is best in Vijayawada. Because it has a supportive staff and experienced doctors. But it has high consultation charges as well as medicines are very expensive.

Medical store staff are not courteous and do not even listen to you.Doctors are good.problem is more of staff domination and they make you feel low.

The surgical team was highly skilled and made us comfortable throughout the process. They took time to explain everything in detail and answered every question with patience which helped to reduce our anxiety. The pricing was reasonable and affordable. We received the treatment needed without huge amount. Other hospitals charged very high amount but here we received the best treatment at a low cost. We are very thankful to Dr. Prabhakar sir and Dr. Lasya garu. They are very kind towards the patients. I recommend Singari ENT hospital for anyone who is in need of ENT surgery.

Extremely qualified doctors Mrs.Aruna kumari garu and Mr. Prabhakar garu with a humane approach towards patients. Well maintained friendly and efficient nursing and supporting staff.Recently one of my colleague took treatment and done a minor surgery for nose with affordable price .Very advanced technolgy and also doctors .
