Today, we had an excellent experience at Satish Hospital, Vijayawada, under the care of Dr. Hemantha Lakshmi, Consultant Pediatrician. Although I usually do not leave reviews, I felt compelled to share our experience due to the exceptional care provided to our child, Tasneem. Dr. Hemantha Lakshmi demonstrated outstanding clinical acumen and a compassionate approach. She thoroughly assessed every symptom, took a detailed patient history, and responded to all our concerns with clarity and patience. Her diagnostic explanations were comprehensive, and she ensured we fully understood the prescribed treatment plan, including medication dosage, possible side effects, and follow-up care. Her calm demeanor, attentive listening, and child-friendly communication reflect a high level of professionalism and empathy--qualities essential in pediatric practice. We felt extremely reassured and confident in her medical judgment. Satish Hospital is fortunate to have such a dedicated pediatrician on their team. Doctor have good knowledge and treatment is good. But waiting is tooo much, we waited for 4 hrs. Pls rectify this. My Only intention is that no other patients shall face same situation.

I had a horrible experience the doctor here is completely money minded and lack basic professionalism. Instead of focusing on patient care, they are only interested in pushing unnecessary tests and treatments just to make more money. The arrogance of the doctor is unbelievable. He doesn't listen to patients, show no empathy, and behave as if they are doing a favor by treating you. On top of that, their knowledge and diagnosis are highly questionable. I received an incorrect diagnosis, which caused unnecessary stress and delayed proper treatment the overall service is pathetic long waiting times, and a complete lack of coordination. I strongly advise avoiding this hospital at all costs. If you value your health and money, go somewhere else. Being a gold medalist is not the sole mark of greatness. integrity and kindness matter just as much.
