Medication and doctor is good. But the problem is this clinic does not provide prescription on letter head. It is some booklet and medication is mentioned on white page.. so obviously it gets rejected during opd claim process. Same happend with me.. claims rejected due to invalid prescription document. OPD people stay away if you want to claim..
