We had a very disappointing experience at your hospital. The staff behavior was extremely poor, and there was a clear lack of coordination between the reception and the staff regarding the doctor's availability. When we inquired about the nurses, we received improper and rude responses. We visited the hospital at 10:45 AM for a general consultation, completed the prescribed X-ray and blood tests, and were informed by the nurse that Dr. M.J. Naidu would be available after 4 PM. Accordingly, we returned to the hospital before 4 PM and waited for almost an hour. During this time, when we asked the nurse about the doctor's availability, we were again met with rude and unhelpful responses.

Management process is too late patients is so suffering, I was came to the random check up is also to late , I was came in 10.30AM but I was went to the hosphital 4.30PM. every department is too late process, expect physiotherapy department, I was stay in I was done my PRP injection in 1hour 30 minits time taken very badddd I have agood impression in MJ Naidu hospital

Worst Hospital, Worst treatment, Too much price, care less staff, very arrogant Doctor, medicine also local PD company brands are prescribing, I was suffered alot with their behaviour

Treatment was awesome.... particularly staff receiving patients with patiently and handling very carefully.... naidu sir and his experienced service fabulous

doctor sir is very friendly and polite he responds to all the questions with so much patience and gives us so much clarity. Staff is also very polite and respectful

Went for a checkup!! Waited for 3 hrs, even though we were only two patients, receptionist are at its worst! They kept on changing their excuses! Worst literally worst!!! Avoid if you can! Having a Doctorate isn't enough to run a Hospital, you should've able to manage!! And these guys , they can't manage even if they have the best staff!! Negligence is a biggest enemy for a Doctor & clearly the whole Hospital has it! Idiots! It's better you close your Hospital!

Treatment is good but the process at every department is very very slow very time taking,staff are also very slow. I came at hospital 10:30 am and I returned home at 4.30 pm it was very suffering

Hospital is good. Staff is nice and communicate well with patients. Doctor is qualified and patient enough to listen to our problems. Over all the experience is very nice.
