Satisfied with the services, the staff are taking care of patient very well especially narayanarao garu(general) and ravindra garu(surgen),and ramanamurthy sir,he clearly explained the situation and what are the pros n cons. The insurance team Ravi garu and ganesh garu also reached us in time.the duty doctors (sri vidya) n staff also helped us when needed. Finally thanks to all the team n you people deserve 5*.

Exceptional experience at this hospital! The staff displayed outstanding hospitality, making us feel welcome and at ease. The facilities were impeccably clean, and the service was top-notch. From the front desk to the medical team, everyone was courteous, attentive, and professional. Highly recommend for their excellent care and dedication.

Very bad experience.. this is not a Healthcare center it's simply money making place where doctors are helping. After consulting with a surgeon she referred me to a general physician saying that you have to gone through those test and need to talk with her... for a simple faculties she asked me to do so many blood test and ultra sound , for that we waited almost 2hr..lab helper said 5 min plz wait and it ended after 1hr my scan done....then again that physician transfer my case to surgeon... Without any need they just took 2 docs appointment chargers along with scan and blood charges which they don't even checked. Every persons time is important....plz Understand that. Not only money they will spoil ur complete day.

This is the worst hospital with worst staff with no moral compass in all of the hospitals I have been in vijayawada.The staff are constantly demand money and doctors make the patients undergo all the tests available in the hospital for easy money.The nurses and staff are insufferable, they are rude and think are doing free service while demanding excess money and neglect the patients and the people who are with the patients. Their facilities are worse than a government hospital.

1 week ago I brought my father by in law to this hospital's emergency at mid night due to internal haemorrhage. They took good care & treated well. Now he is fine.The facilities were good & rooms are neat & clean. I would like to refer this hospital if anyone asks me regarding their health issues. Thanks to Andhra Hospitals & special thanks to dr.D.Ravindra baabu gaaru. He is such a nice & soft person. Patiently he answered all our questions & made us to understand everything regarding treatment.

Prompt and Efficient Staff, Clean and Well-Maintained Facilities, Skilled and Caring Doctors and Nurses Respectful and Dignified Treatment Doctors and staff explaining procedures and answering questions in a clear and concise manner can alleviate anxiety.
