I recently had a frustrating experience with the hospital's customer care. The representative I spoke with was extremely rude and unhelpful. Despite my clear explanation of my concerns, they seemed dismissive and uninterested in assisting me.The lack of empathy and professionalism was shocking. As a family member, you're already stressed and anxious; you don't need to be treated poorly by someone who's supposed to be helping you.I hope the hospital takes steps to improve their customer service and trains their staff to be more compassionate and understanding.

My family member is admitted in the hospital with Arogyasree coverage senior doctors are better this jr.doctors show so much attitude just for medicines we are waiting for 7 hours to get them. Hospitality is also very bad. If u join with Arogyasree they will take us very casually not even gonna recognise us. Do u even believe that we had to wait for 7 to 8 ours just to get prescribed medicines. I will suggest don't Join here if ur using Arogyasree. In the reception also nobody gonna respond correctly. I don't know what I'm expecting from a hospital just some respect our time also.

Doctors are available at their own wish. Had visited for full body checkup. No proper process and every department says doctor not available. Had to spend 11hrs for all tests. Each test took 3 4 hours waiting

On 17-04-2025 UHID 2504170002. We consulted Dr. regarding liver issue(chronic Constipation, chronic RIF pain). They asked us to take test. Which billed 5k. After all test we went to meet Dr. They said he is not available and tomorrow holiday. They message this report to Dr.. Dr suggested few medicines that too no clarification on medicine how and when they need to takein. Dr need to spend atleast 3 -5 mints and hear her problems and need to address them. This is the worst experience we are facing with DVC Hospitals team. Finally staff are too arrogant.

It is the most patient friendly hospital I ever visited. Staff is very polite and good. DVC hospital recently celebrated its 3rd anniversary and offered 100 percent discount on opd billing and 25 percent discount on diagnostic services. Even the opd fee is very less i.e. just Rs.100. It has many specialities such as Orthopedics, Cardiology, ENT, Dermatology etc. It has in house test services as well. We came to the hospital for surgery of a family member. Everything went very smoothly

Worst services Patient care is not Good Hospitality Bill's are very high For two days I have been charged 30K. Not suitable for middle class people
