Dr. Venkataramana Heart and Maternity Hospital- Best Cardiologist and Cardiology Hospital in Tirupati

This is the worst hospital I have ever seen in my life. I will strongly advise my family and friends to avoid this place. During a critical time--when the patient was in the operation theater--the hospital asked for extra money on the spot without providing any official bill. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I have seen other hospitals like Apello and many others, and they are far better in terms of transparency, professionalism, and patient care. If I had to rate this hospital, I would give it 0 out of 10.

Worst hospitality worst staff behavior no technician are avail to time only the good thing is doctor that's it there is worst atmosphere even the AC is not working worst hospital if you have patience means you can go otherwise don't prefer Main drawback is I'm attaching the room

Hospital maintains is worst's then anything else don't . doctor is good ,but staff is behaviour is wrorst anything else if spending money not worth it

Doctor is really very good, for doctor 5 STAR. But staff in reception and billing staff , calling person near doctor is very bad.when I visit this hospital and wait for 4hrs after all recived blood reports they said report not yet received wait for sometime and also file is not there. Why all those lies they should say, After another lady doctor said them to send him immediately he is suffering from chest pain later they send inside. Good doctor with bad staff.

I didn't read the recent reviews of this hospital, if I would have read, definitely would have visited here. Waiting time is too long, Staff will not respond properly at the reception. As it's a first time visit and took an appointment for DR Venkatramana. They did an ECG and Jr doctor suggest to go for all the blood reports, TMT/ Echo. Until and unless if we do the test then only they we have to meet DR Venkatarama. Doctor might treatment good and explain well but most important thing is the response from the attending staff. They don't deserve to work in the hospital/ service industry most of the staff will give a wrong response.

The hospitality at this hospital was excellent. The staff were very helpful, polite, and caring throughout my visit. I am very satisfied with the service. Very good hospitality and caring staff. Highly recommended.
