I had a highly disappointing experience with the hospital and its services, particularly with the way the discharge process was handled. The doctor did not provide a proper discharge summary, which is a crucial document that patients need for follow-up care and understanding their condition. This lack of attention to detail left me confused about my treatment plan and next steps for recovery. Additionally, during stay, I noticed that a series of unnecessary tests were ordered. These tests seemed irrelevant to condition, adding extra costs and stress without any clear explanation. It felt like the hospital was more interested in billing than in genuine patient care. Hygiene was another major concern. The cleanliness of the facility was far from acceptable, with various areas looking unsanitary. This raises questions about how seriously they take patient safety, especially in such a critical environment. Finally, the professionalism of the staff was lacking. Many of them appeared untrained or indifferent to patient needs. There was little courtesy or compassion shown, and I often had to repeat my concerns without receiving helpful responses. Overall, this hospital experience left a lot to be desired. The lack of proper documentation, unnecessary procedures, poor hygiene, and unprofessional staff make it difficult to recommend this facility to anyone in need of quality healthcare.

Worst experience, I went for normal fever doctor Gopi suggested 3 big big injection cost 790. and that to only injections. Too many medicines. He is not bothering our health, Money minded doctor

Worst experience. No proper maintanance. Worst Staff behaviour. Staff is also not experienced. Even if the doctor is experienced, well behaved, Management is spoiling Doctors name and fame. More dominant and Money minded management. I would not visit this next time even if it is an emergency and suggest the same to others too.

Pros: 1) Best Hospital for fever. 2)The way of the treatment process is very good. 3)Dr. Gopi Krishna is explained very well about disease. 4) Excellent staff and lab technician. Cons: My personal opinion, I think the treatment fees are a bit high.

Prices are high and staff were not well experienced and poor knowledge in handling patients and they even make jokes on patient conditions and laugh and share the joke to other staffs Humble doctor Non hygienic Non friendly staff Cost high Bad response by staff

Very negligence.Very irrespectable hospital.Even in emergency situation Doctor was does not response.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr Gopi Krishna. He is a very humble and down to earth person.

Not caring.Waste of money.Better to go another hospital.
