Dr. Apple Hospitals

My experience at Apple Hospital in Tanuku on May 31st was more than worse. I had an appointment for a Cardiology Health Package. I was told to arrive early at 6 a.m. , but the hospital seemed understaffed when I got there. This caused some initial delays and confusion about the necessary tests. The process of getting the tests I needed wasn't smooth. When I asked about the required tests, I was met with resistance. The staff initially said they couldn't suggest tests without a doctor's order, and an argument ensued before I could proceed. Eventually, I was able to get the tests done, but then faced a significant wait for the doctor to arrive. Overall, the visit was frustrating. The long wait times, coupled with the lack of clear communication from the staff and the argument over the tests, made the experience less than satisfactory. It's an area where improvements in efficiency and patient communication are clearly needed. Worst Management I had ever experienced.

He already had stents previously.l brought him for recheckup.cardiologist is very good person.He listened past history very carefully then done scanning and suggested medicines but sir not done any unnecessary tests.This is very good private hospital
