Even though I was 4th in the queue today, it took more than 40 minutes to get my medicines. Many times, despite having only a few people in the queue, patients end up waiting for over an hour. Generally, there are 15+ people in the queue. Since the medicines are only available at this pharmacy and cannot be purchased elsewhere, it forces patients to stand in line. After waiting for an hour or two for consultation with the doctor, standing in line again for medicine is frustrating. Even though there are three staff members at the pharmacy, they seem to work very slowly. There is enough stock available, yet it's unclear why the service is so slow.
