I have recently visited STAR HEART CENTRE for my father Mr. hussain for angiogram. Extremely satisfied with Dr Reddy basha treatment and counselling. Satisfied with the care given by nursing team and all other staff everyone attended the patient on time and our queries were made clear by staff members had a great experience here. I would like to raise a serious concern regarding the behavior of the doctor and the support provided for insurance-related queries at your facility. The doctor has been extremely rude and unprofessional during our visits. Whenever we approached them for documents or clarification required by the insurance team, they either refused to respond properly or gave incomplete or irrelevant information. It appears that they are unwilling to cooperate unless some unofficial payment is made, which is highly inappropriate and unethical. Despite visiting the hospital multiple times, we are still unable to get the required documents. The doctor's tone and manner of speaking are very disrespectful and resemble that of someone from a street gang, rather than a medical professional. This has caused us unnecessary stress and delays in processing our insurance claim. I request you to look into this matter urgently and take appropriate action to ensure that patients are treated with respect and that insurance queries are handled professionally and transparently.

I wholeheartedly thank Dr Reddy Basha. To elucidate, recently I and my friend travelled to Madanapalli for personal work. My friend developed sudden onset of chest pain with profuse sweating. Abruptly took him to near by heart center by name Star Heart Center. Dr Reddy Basha, Interventional Cardiologist who attended timely my friend and did work up, my good all results were Normal and Dr Basha, interpreted all the results and he assured us. Dr Reddy Basha was so amiable, highly expertise in his domain and value a patient time and money. Its a highly recommended medical center.

Staff is excellent and very polite rather than the doctor reddybasha he is very arrogant and money minded.all the work is done by very much trained staff.doctor just speaks ,shouts at patients and staff and charges patients.can visit for patient care and cleanliness only.

Thank you for doing Stent procedure successfully for my husband. Thank you for being friendly to patient and us also by explaining all the things like What food we have to take and how to maintain a healthy life style after the procedure.
