I recently joined Arogyasri for my father's heart treatment, where he underwent a stent operation. The doctor's expertise was outstanding, and I am incredibly grateful for his skill in performing the procedure. He deserves a solid 5/5 for his medical competence. However, the experience with patient communication and coordination left much to be desired. The way responses were handled during discharge was far from acceptable. There seemed to be a lack of proper follow-up mechanisms, and ground-level coordination was noticeably poor. In my opinion, a tracking system for post-treatment consultations and better coordination at the ground level would greatly improve the overall patient experience. While the medical side was excellent, I believe there is significant room for improvement in patient support and communication. Hopefully, this feedback can help the hospital address these areas and enhance the experience for future patients.
