Management doesnt even care about the attendee , how ever they dont allow with patient when MICU ,SICU ,PICU, when attendee tried to take little rest after very stressful day there is no provision of AC or atleast a FAN in the ground floor . How does the attendee take rest and get ready for the next day to support the patient . Its seriously ridiculous and there is no concern team who takes care of it. Common wash rooms are also not cleaned properly I am very much happy with treatment and doctors , they are ownderful

I'm currently undergoing treatment at KIMS Hospital under Dr. Anantha Rao sir, and I must say, I'm feeling much better now compared to before. His treatment and expertise have really helped me.But the staff are very negligent and careless -- they don't pay proper attention to patients. Hope the management improves this.

Doctors are good at this place , when it comes to pharmacy staff inside is really arrogant especially what I personably faced is with the intern MADHU who is working in KIMS pharmacy . He is not even eligible to work in these kind of corporate hospitals . He don't even know how to treat patients , even after waiting for so long time in the queue line for items related to stiches for the patient who is in emergency care . They don't even know stock details what they don't have in stock and he MADHU treated us so harsh and asked to wait saying they don't have surgical Suchers stock in pharmacy . So kindly management should look into this very seriously . We are not getting anything free at your hospitals so kindly treat patients in a proper / humble manner . Teach manners to your interns properly if not these interns will put your hospital in deep trouble . One more thing what i have noticed after reviewing all the old reviews written by patients the reply they got is only COPY & PASTE which means they are not even care about their bad reviews they are giving reply just re-writing the same reply to all the clients . So pathetic .

This is only for show pice asked suggestion paper to write not given..Big hospital we are running for Blood donners.. heardly we arranged.. in house they will not take it seems .. we ran to other place they don't have O+ Not available..later went RR.. given Blood and charge 1300+ .. If there is no doner how Hospital will not do operation. For open heart surgery Dr written 6 bages.. patience son is ready to give Money in hospital is unable to arrange finally they saying KIMS Administration failure Please take care of this, no attender some people

KIMS is well equipped with diagnostics and experienced doctors who give time to listen and explain. Physiotherapy is also good, they helped my wife in getting relieved from chronic back pain.

Don't know how others are being treated here. But for me it's a pathetic time over there with no proper accessibility to 3rd and 4th floors, no responsive help desk for refund related queries, not so hygiene at waiting places. This KIMS will not admit the heart patient without charging 100% amount at the time of admission. But the same KIMS takes 10-13 days of time to refund a patient's money who initially paid by borrowing. So sad about this.

B.SUNKANNA LAMINECTOMY SPINE SURGERY was done by Dr Sumanth sir Neurosurgeon at kims. Surgery was done successfully and NOW HE is able to WALk INDEPENDdently only after 1 day of surgery. The treatment and ambience here is very promising. Every person who comes here to seek medical help from Sumanth sir is treated with utmost care. Pre surgery procedure and treatment procedure was explained in detail with so much patience. Any one seeking medical advice regarding neurological defects , Dr Sumanth sir at kims is highly recommended. TQ DR SUMANTH SIR

I'm very happy with this hospital. Every one is responding very well and taking op, tests, billing process is excellent here. I definitely suggest this hospital for ur any health issues
