Doctor is good but in this hospital always fully crowd the staff sending 4 to 5 patients at a time to consult doctor there is no privacy to talk with him and doctor also looking very fast each patient to complete within 1 minute the doctor also came too much late Worst management there is no time management irresponsible staff

I have been suffering from dizziness for the past year, and despite all my reports being normal, I couldn't find a solution after consulting doctors in Hyderabad and Bangalore. Please don't go this hospital. Unprofessional staff, unprofessional administration, improper ent treatment. staff is rude and harsh towards patient and attendent. Worst hospital and bad name to kadapa town. treatment by doctor in tirumala hospital is failure treatment. There is no proper diagnosis in tirumala hospital and the staff does not give minimum care and respect to the patient. Worst hospital and worst experience.

The worst experience I had was when I visited an ENT specialist for the first time. I arrived at 11 PM and waited endlessly to consult the doctor, but it was futile. The entire morning was a terrible ordeal, with unhelpful staff and misinformation. Moreover, the medication prices were exorbitant. It's better to seek treatment elsewhere than to visit this doctor

I went for ear checkup through ehs. I took token around 11 AM. But they will start early token also. They told me that your time will be at around 1 pm too allow me to consult the doctor. Meanwhile in that time you can do your work, if you have any. Otherwise you can wait there only. Later I went around 1 pm and i got earcheckup with doctor.

Worst experience with the hospital management waiting time for more than 3 hours for normal OP and no proper intimation about Doctor availability My suggestion is if you have patience to wait for more than 4-5 hours visit this hospital otherwise please ignore this hospital instead So many good hospitals were available with good service

Lasy month we approached for nose blockage problem to our daughter . Doctor diagnosed that the there is muscle growth inside nose for which laser surgery needed. I asked for cashless insurance facility as I am having National health insurance policy . First they have taken insurance card and they told you can undergo surgery under cashless medical policy . After the completion of treatment nearly 10 days they told me that the hospital is not in the list of insurance company . You pay cash. These is the way they are cheating patients . Doctor refers admin officer but Admin officer behaves like govt officer. Inspite of having medical insurance because of their mismanagement i paid bill from my pocket . So worst behavior from staff . They demand tips daily with out shy. Never go that hospital.

Have no 0 star to give hence giving 1. Very low success rate for ENT surgeries and they do surgery for everything irrespective of what the problem is. My mother consulted for cough and headache but the doctor did surgery for ear just for money and she has been suffering since then. Never ever recommend them
