Waste of time and money.Doctor is good but Staff is worst.Money mind behaviour. Today i consulted doctor Gajjala Rama Krishna Reddy in GSR hospital, from receiption to doctor are not educated and they even don't how to behave with patients and their families.Reason why I review on this hospital is better to avoid this hospital and choose another one.Why because today faced lively issue on this hospital, my mother had sever gas problem and along with my mother I went to hospital,but they stop me in entrance only patient allowed remain wait outside due to Covid.I waited for one hour 20 minutes outside and my mother came and told to me that some problem and I request them and entired into hospital and asked what happened and they explained me regarding that patient had some problem after scanning we clearly understand the problem is, and I came out and waiting nearly 2 hours outside and my mother came out and said no problem,I asked her what doctor told to you ,she said that doctor won't said anything ,the receiption lady said that no problem you can leave.Iam unable to understand doctor consultant fee is Rs.350 and ECG fee is Rs.300 and Scanning fee Rs.1100.But the treatment and precautions suggest by staff members in hospital.I went inside the hospital and questioned regarding my mother,they simply said no problem to your mother.I asked them I need to consult doctor that previously doctor told to mother that some problem, after scanning no problem But this words I listened from doctor I am not worried, I listened the words from receiption lady and staff.So better to avoid to consult this hospital until unless they change their behaviour.

Very nice hospital and an understanding doctor who is all ears to your heart problems and gives ample time to listen to patients. All this results in better diagnosis and the best treatment for your medical issues. I recommend this hospital to everyone who is looking for the best cardiologist in Kadapa.

Staff in this hospital is not good.medical shop dealer is worst.His language towards customers is disgusting. Please replace medical shop guy . Hope doctor will change medical shop dealer.

Weast of time and money fully money minded hospital if we spend money also they won't tell about health ,chose another hospital
