Worst Experience at Ambruta Hospital - Dr. Hemant Kumar I am deeply disappointed and heartbroken after my experience with Dr. Hemant Kumar at Ambruta Hospital. My mother underwent spinal cord surgery under his care. Before the surgery, she was able to walk, sit, and manage her daily activities. Post-surgery, everything changed for the worse. It's now the fifth month since the operation, and she is still unable to get out of bed. Her condition has deteriorated significantly, and there has been no proper follow-up or support from the doctor. We trusted Dr. Hemant Kumar with her health, but it feels like that trust was completely misplaced. I urge anyone considering treatment at Ambruta Hospital to think twice and explore all your options. This experience has not only affected my mother physically but has been emotionally draining for the whole family.

Worst Hospital Experience - Stay Away from Amrutha Hospital I had an extremely disappointing and distressing experience at Amrutha Hospital when my father was admitted recently. The hospital's approach seemed completely money-minded, with no focus on patient care or ethical treatment. They kept my father in the ICU for two days without any valid medical reason -- the only medications given were basic Pantop and Diclofenac, which could easily have been administered outside the ICU. Yet, they shamelessly charged full ICU fees for both days. That too quoting they have day basis fee. We have not spent at least 24 hrs in hospital, but ICU charges are 20k.What a shame on this .This was nothing but a blatant attempt to loot money. The behavior of this hospital was particularly appalling -- cold, unempathetic, and completely driven by profit. There was no transparency in billing, no proper updates about my father's condition, and absolutely no justification for the charges levied. Whatever you see in positive reviews are all may be paid ones.Think twice before you choose I regret trusting this hospital with my father's care. I strongly advise others to think twice before choosing Amrutha -- it feels more like a business than a place of healing.

My wife u nagamani we are from tadepaliguden east Godavari district we came to meet dr Maddi vinodh kumar he is an orthopedic surgeon in amrutha hospitals guntur my wife underwent knee replacement surgery both knees here surgery done excellent today we are very happy with doctor vinodh kumar and staff servive thanks to every one we refer to muly relatives and colluges

Hospital staff especially the billing staff in the Reception were very worst. Moreover , the hospital is not accepting ESI health card and they were not ready to apply for the CM Relief fund .The worst part is that hospital staff is not giving the bills for the payment done in order to claim for Insurance/CM Relief fund personally. Even observed that we were charged for the items like airbed for the days which we didn't use.

Worse treatment. My aunty was underwent hip screw surgery. But no use and still she is not able to walk. when we told the same with the doctor several times he did not respond properly and simply says it will be cured. But alredy 4 months have been passed. Still she is on the bed completely. Better to stay away from the hospital especially Orthopedic diseases. Very poor service by Dr. Vinod Kumar Maddi. He does not give a time to meet him when we have doubts about the treatment and also need to explain the situation to the third person who is not doctor and part of the treatment.if the third person agreed then only he will allow us to meet the doctor. Very Very worse treatment and doctor. Pls stay away from the hospital and be alive. Venkat
