Worst experience in my life this hospital

The behavior of the hospital staff is rude and unprofessional. When we call and ask them for some details, their answer is like they are supreme people in this domain. Everyone has their own problems and these people should understand it. I called for a quick talk with doctor to enquire about my mom's health as I was very distant from Gudur. Their reply was ' Come and talk to doctor'. This behavior in hospital doesn't work as people come with trust and medical issues.

Worst Experience! An attender by name Swati was very very rude and absolutely unfit to be a medical attender or nurse. She was constantly on personal phone and let my kid with fracture stood up for few minutes without giving information when asked. While we checked with the other attender, she became very agressive and started yelling at us and even shut the door in our face. I could have sued her if the Good Doctor would have not intervened and apologized to us. This shameless lady can't be working in any place where clients are involved. @Doctor Garu: Please don't let down your respect by keeping this lady in your payroll. Thanks and regards

Worst experience.. Staff rude on patients and they don't have patience. The poor patients are coming from villages but these staff is behaving like they are the doctors. Give respect to the people/patients. The bad thing is doctor also supporting the staff.. bad experience with this hospital. It's like fish market. I won't recommend. Thanks

The doctor is hopeless. I went after a small accident and that careless moron didn't even give first aid. Sadly such quacks are getting along in the medical field and fooling rural town folks. Don't be fooled for such decievers .

Very Friendly Atmosphere, Clean & Neat Environment, Higenic Oriented, Supportive Staff, Useful Medicinal Advice & Correct Guidance to the Patients, Overall Satisfaction..

If any emergency they didn't respond immediately ...so go if ur patient have healthy background on his/her total health.

Worst behavior of attendars and staff. No professionalism at all. The reception team behaves like they are super powers.
