Dr. Chaitra Multi Speciality Hospital

I visited Chaitra Multi Specialty Pharmacy around 11 AM in the morning to get a stitch pad for my father, who had recently undergone surgery. What should have been a quick and simple task turned into a frustrating experience. Upon entering, I noticed that every staff member inside was either on their mobile phones or engaged in casual conversations, completely indifferent to the customers waiting for assistance. It took me an unnecessarily long time just to get someone's attention and clearly explain what I needed. Even the senior manager present didn't seem to care about the lack of professionalism. It was shocking to see such unprofessional behavior in a healthcare setting. After all, pharmacies are places of care and urgency -- not distractions. I was left wondering why employees are allowed to use their phones during working hours when people's health needs are at stake. Based on this experience, I would personally advise others to avoid visiting Chaitra Multi Specialty Hospital Pharmacy as long as this culture continues.

I visited Chaitra Multi Specialty Pharmacy , the Staff was busy on their phones and not paying attention to customers. It took me a long time to get help. Even the manager didn't seem to care. I'm surprised that in a healthcare setting, employees are allowed to use mobile phones during work hours. I would not recommend visiting this pharmacy until things improve.

Staff assistance is not good. Treatment is not appreciated, payment is too much. For patients management is providing free food. Rooms cleaning is hygiene.

My father name is hari babu he has suffering from breathing issue later I preferred Dr.Sandeep sir he examined my father and he said to prefer chaitra hospital on the just of the minute I have admitted my father in chaitra hospital Dr named the problem of my father is nuemothorax Dr Hari bhagavan sir and Dr Sandeep sir both treated very well of my dad problem with in 10 days my father is very normal the Doctors and Nurses are treated very well of my dad thank you so much chaitra hospital and chaitra staff and Dr Sandeep sir and Dr Hari Bhagavan sir thank a lot to all

Please avoid this hospital. I can not recollect even one good thing here. Worst hygiene - house flies, mosquitoes. There are no adequate fans in hospital in the waiting area. And they call normal general ward as ICU so that they can collect 10000 per day. They will freely allow people to enter icu without any care about patients. And when we were there, AC was not working in ICU. Billing and pharmacy Staff were pathetic- they have no notion of values - patients and their attendants are like money machines for them.

Worst hospital not taking care of patients and doctors are not responding to Mr. Hari main doctor is not even coming to see patients. If anyone wants better treatment plz don't come here

Doctors are good but staff is very bad bad and rooms hygiene very to bad .patients caring is very bad .sisters not available in bed side patient all wards .sisters not response in patient attenders.this hospital bad name because only sisters main reason.

The hospital's pharmacy doesn't even have a band-aid.
