I would like to share some feedback about the staff behavior, mainly in the emergency ward, and also about one of the senior doctors approach towards his patients in this hospital. Firstly, there was no courtesy or humanity towards the patients who visited along with their family members, who were also in a lot of pain and entered with a hope, not simply that they would want to enter and get treated for no reason or without pain. But as soon as we enter, they kind of treat us like they want to make as much cash as possible (can't be avoided, I know but I am disappointed with how they sound for it, which is too demanding) and do not have any soft corner towards any patient, be it young or old. Everyone would be addressed as if that patient had done a big crime. I am fully disappointed with the staff's behavior and I wish the management would realize and closely monitor and teach their staff about the moral principles of how to behave with patients who are already in a lot of pain and struggle and to show some humanity. Everyone has a family and has their own pains. Please realize that and give your best whenever possible and do justice to yourself and your profession and I wish everyone would always set some standards in their service. I also want to take a moment to say that not all the staff members are like that but at the same time, it's not 100% though. At least half the percent to be improved and gradually hope the number should increase in order to stand as a top hospital, which will sound like providing quality services and treating everyone as their fellow humans rather than someone who commits some crime. Please understand the concerns we have and I hope necessary measures will be taken in improving the hospitality and quality of treatment that VARMA is focused upon to stand in a top position with respect to their kind of services that they are in varied divisions and I wish after addressing all such feedback, it shines in all its services. Thank you to all doctors and staff who have served with immense respect and stood as true well-wishers and supporters of their patients.

My Name is Suresh,my wife (Anjali) is totally pegenency period out of 9 months treated by NTR AROGYA SRI SCHEME very good treatment and prevention of counselling is well, finally my wife is admitted last day of delivery,at this time on duty Doctor and staff timely respond and safely Normal delivered for born baby girl. Thanks for all doctors and staff. Child treated by Dr Santosh Kumar is very well treated. My small suggestions for management. Many patients are coming for Varma hospitals, eating thier patients Ward's,on the stairs and on the way, so provide any dining hall facility for their attendants and visitors.

    BHASKARA RAMAM

The worst hospital, arrogance in every aspect. All the reviews are given by the staff through the patient's mobiles. Never ever visit this hospital. Instead u can choose any other hospital. They care only about money not the health of patients. Arrogance and disrespect towards the family members of the patient. Finally, never go by the reviews.I'm saying again you can choose a better hospital in Bhimavaram. Google should provide zero or negative ratings.

Regarding senior doctors, I had a bitter experience multiple times but I never voiced it. But now I thought this time I should speak up and voice it out. If not now, then never would it be reached.I was completely broken down when the doctor, who we pray to like a god and expect some values in him, did not follow any ethics and talked about the patient's serious conditions right in front of the patient's face and with the family, which is a big red flag. Because not all patients are strong enough to take the condition they are in. Such doctors blindly go with their experience and try to behave to show more attitude in the sense that they do not answer our queries properly and made us feel like they forget about the values that they grew up with, causing these troubles, which will cost a patient's life literally. I can tell you one example that we recently faced. It was a heartbreaking moment for us. Right after talking about my father's serious condition in front of him, he had completely shattered and lost consciousness as he heard the doctor saying, He won't be alive for much longer. After hearing that, my father lost all hope, and he completely started crying and became mentally very weak and ended up in a position where he couldn't speak with us. Just imagine how heartbreaking it would be for anyone to hear in front of their face that the chances of his survival are very low. As of today, I and my family are still stuck in that pain and due to that staff and doctor's behavior, we have lost our beloved one and couldn't be with him in his last moments. Even the same doctor was moved by seeing us in all that pain and approached us at the end of the moment but by that time his senses had all stopped functioning and slowly he had his last breath after staff had taken him down to feed him food from pipes upon the doctor's suggestion. But we weren't able to get his last moments because of all these incidents that we had faced that day. We weren't able to stay near him at the right moments when he needed us.My sincere urge for all the staff and doctors at VARMA and any other hospital is to please treat all patients with the utmost respect. No matter how bad a patient's condition is, please create a platform to peacefully let them spend their last moments with their loved ones and be there looking for the patient's condition and providing medicine on time and try to gently handle them by putting a kind gesture on your faces so that they feel comfortable in expressing their pain, which helps you to give the right medication on time. What this will cost you is a great return of thanks from people like us and we listen to you with utmost respect. Being in such valuable positions, please show some moral values and be a person who spreads positive in that environment, which is utmost needed. I hope the management would take necessary steps considering all feedback and not let anyone go through the kind of pain we went through. Seriously, no one should undergo the pain that we went through in such situations. I also want to take a moment to say that not all the staff members and doctors are like that but at the same time, it's not 100% though.
