I had a great experience at Mark Hospital. All the doctors are very kind, knowledgeable, and provide excellent care. The nurses (sisters) were always supportive and looked after the patients with full dedication. Special thanks to the cleaners and ward boys for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene so well. Also, the security staff were polite and helped in managing patients and visitors properly. The team at the reception was very helpful and guided us well throughout the process. The staff who handle Aarogyasri cards and billing also made the process smooth and quick. Also want to thank the staff who stand near doctor's rooms and call out patient names -- they managed the flow with patience and clarity. Overall, I'm very happy with the service and care we received. Thank you to the entire team at Mark Hospital.
